How to Use the Program Builder
The Liaqa Program Builder makes it easy to design custom training plans with options for Super Sets, Circuits, Warm-ups, AMRAPs, and more, allowing coaches to customize programs for client needs quickly.
Step 1: Log In and Begin
- Log In: Visit liaqa.com and sign in.
- Access Programs: Go to Programs > Draft and click Add Program to start.

Step 2: Initial Setup in the Week View
- You’ll begin in the Week View. Set a program name and, if desired, a week title.
- Hover over any day to see options: Go To Day Builder, Add Exercise, and Save Day.

Optional: Adding Exercises Directly in Week View
- Add Exercise: Click to add an exercise directly to your chosen day.

- Advanced Options: Click “more” to customize with fields for circuit name, exercises, sets, reps, tempo, etc. This option is ideal for creating quick, structured workouts.

Step 3: Detailed Program Building in Day Builder
- Go To Day Builder: For more detailed customization, hover over a day and select Go To Day Builder.

- Day Options: Select the specific day, use saved day templates, or add exercises with options such as Saved Circuits, Exercise, Warm-up/Cooldown, or Custom Exercise.

Step 4: Adding Exercises and Circuits
- Add Exercise: Input exercise names or search in the builder.

- Customize Fields: Set details like weight (auto, kg, or LBs), time, distance (km, m, or mi), Calories, Height (cm, ft + in, or inch), tempo, and RPE. You can include up to four fields per exercise.

- Creating Circuits: Use the exercise search box to add more exercises within the circuit builder. Add further exercises by clicking Add Exercise as needed.

- Removing Extras: Use the trash icon to delete unused exercise boxes or fields as you refine your program.

Step 5: Adjusting Sets and Client Entry Type
- Add Sets: Click the + box beside an exercise to add more sets and configure details per set.

- Client Entry Types:
- Regular Exercise: Standard reps and weight fields for logging progress.
- Open Field: An open space for clients to type freely.
- AMRAP: Sets a specific time for circuits, allowing clients to record results.
- For Time: Enables rounds and timing to track performance.
- Long Form Video: Suitable for longer routines (e.g., yoga), removing timers and fields except for notes.
