How to Add a New Coach to Your Team

Expanding your coaching team is a vital aspect of growing your fitness business. Liaqa’s platform simplifies this process, allowing you to add new coaches and assign them specific roles and permissions effortlessly. Here’s how to integrate a new coach into your team using Liaqa.

Steps to Add a New Coach

  1. Log In: Visit liaqa.com and sign into your account.
  2. Access Team Area: Select the ‘Team’ option from the main menu to navigate to your team management dashboard.
  3. Setup Your Team: If it’s your first time using the team feature, click ‘Add Team’ to start setting up your group.
  4. Navigate to Coaches: Click on the ‘Coaches’ submenu item.
  5. Add a New Coach: Click the ‘Add Coach’ button. A popup will appear.
  6. Enter Coach Details:
    • Email: Enter the new coach’s email address. Using business emails rather than personal ones is recommended to maintain professionalism and ensure security. Remember to confirm the email entry by pressing “Enter” or clicking the “Plus” icon.
    • Role: Select the appropriate role for the new coach from the options provided.
  7. Send Invitation:
    • The coach will receive an invitation email with a link. They must click this link and follow the instructions to ‘Sign Up’ for a Liaqa account.
    • Account Setup: The coach needs to enter their name and the same email from the invitation and create a unique password.
    • Finalizing Addition: After signing up, the coach may need to click the link in the email again to be officially added to your team.

Important Note:

  • You must have an active gym subscription on Liaqa to add team members. This requirement ensures that all functionalities related to team management are available and maintained under your subscription plan.

By following these steps, you can smoothly integrate new coaches into your team, enabling them to contribute to your clients’ success as soon as possible. This process helps expand your team’s capabilities and ensures that new members are well-integrated with the necessary permissions and access from the start.
