How to Assign Clients to Coaches

Liaqa’s platform enhances the management of your gym by providing a streamlined process to assign clients to coaches. This capability supports a collaborative environment and ensures that each client receives personalized attention from the right coach. Here’s a comprehensive guide on assigning clients to coaches in various ways.

Assigning Clients to Coaches When Adding New Clients

1. Log In: Visit liaqa.com and sign into your account.
2. Access Team Area: Select the ‘Team’ option from the main menu to navigate to your team management dashboard.
3. Add Your Client: Click on the submenu item ‘Clients’.
4. Add Client: Click the ‘Add Client’ button.
5. Client Information: In the popup, enter your client’s information. Under ‘Assign coach (required)’, select the coach responsible for this client.

Bulk Assign Clients to Coaches When Adding Clients

1. Bulk-Adding Mode: Follow steps 1-4 above. In the popup for adding clients, click on “Go to the ‘Bulk-adding’ mode” to add multiple clients or upload clients’ info from a CSV file.
2. Enter Details: You can either manually fill in the contact table on this page or upload a CSV file with client details.
3. Save: Click ‘Save’ to finalize the addition of multiple clients.

Assigning Clients to Coaches by Editing Client Profiles

1. Find Client: Follow steps 1-3 above. Locate the client in the list—you can search by name or email.
2. Edit Assignment: Hover over the client’s name and click on the middle icon (a square with an arrow pointing right), which is the transfer button.
3. Assign Coach: A popup will appear where you can assign the client to a different coach.

Note: Ensure the coach’s name matches exactly as it appears in Liaqa. For instance, if the coach’s registered name is ‘Abdulaziz’, do not use a nickname like ‘Aziz’.

These methods provide flexibility and control in managing how clients are distributed among your coaching staff, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your coaching services.
